Toronto lives to see Ryu Hyun-jin return! Tampa Bay leapfrogs to 50 wins

The Toronto Blue Jays, the team of “Korean Monster” Ryu Hyun-jin (36), failed to turn things around after losing to the Baltimore Orioles in the same division. They fell 11 games behind the division-leading Tampa Bay Rays.

Toronto fell to 2-4 on the road in the 2022-2023 Major League Baseball regular season at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Maryland, 토토사이트 U.S., on Saturday. The Orioles led 2-1 in the top of the fifth inning, but gave up runs in the bottom of the fifth, sixth, and eighth innings.

The loss dropped their record to 38-22. They remain in fourth place in the American League East. Baltimore remained in second place with 43 wins and 25 losses.

On the same day, the Tampa Bay Rays beat the Oakland Athletics 4-3. The pitchers combined for 17 strikeouts in the win. The Rays became the first major league club to reach 50 wins (22 losses) this season.

The win puts Toronto a whopping 11 games behind Tampa Bay, making the division title very difficult to win. They are also 1.5 games out of third place in the American League Wild Card race.

They’ll have to hang on until July, when Hyun-Jin Ryu returns. The district lead has become unrealistic. They need to start racking up wins to get a wild card.
