Independent team TNT FC has completed the formation of coaching staff to lead the club this season, including new head coach Lee Sang-woo.
Head coach Kim Mun-seok, who has just joined the team, assists head coach Lee Sang-woo, along with existing coach Hwang Bo-su, coach Lee Ho-jun, and goalkeeper coach Yoon Tae-yeon.
Head coach Kim played at Pukyong High School and Pukyong National University. Last year, he took over as manager of Changnyeong Daesung FC U-18 and led the team to second place in the Gyeongnam region with detailed coaching and active communication skills.
Coach Hwang, who has been with TNT since 2020, also adds strength. Having previously worked as a physical coach for Yonsei University and the Korean U-20 women’s national team, she acquired an Asian Football Confederation (AFC) A-level coaching license last year and built up her expertise.
Having grown up in England, Coach Lee has had a leadership career both in Korea and England. He has been a coach at We Combi Wanderers youth team, Valencia CF Academy Korea, and took the baton at Just Football Academy.
The goalkeeper coach will continue the role of the existing coach Yoon. Having joined TNT after going through Jeonbuk Hyundai Youth (Youngsaeng High School), he is paralleling his college life and leadership activities after retiring as a player in 2021.
One of TNT’s core mottos is ‘a club where people grow’. True to its motto, TNT produces not only players but also leaders who advance to higher leagues every year.

TNT started preparing for the 2023 season in earnest, starting with the first training of the new year on the 2nd. In this winter transfer market, a total of 15 players advanced to the top league. The new season squad is currently in full swing.
He continues training in Seoul ahead of the opening of the FA Cup and K5 League. When the Lunar New Year holiday is over, he plans to visit the training ground of a higher league club and play an evaluation match.
